Pinnacle Chiropractic Spine & Sports Center was formed out of the former McCracken Chiropractic when Dr. Larry McCracken and Dr. E.J. Semelsberger joined forces. Pinnacle Chiropractic is a general family practice that specializes in sports related injuries.

Dr. McCracken and Dr. Semelsberger are certified providers of Active Release Techniques®, a revolutionary soft tissue treatment used for a variety of conditions such as carpal tunnel syndrome, rotator cuff injuries, plantar fasciitis, tennis elbow and many more.
